​These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TargetTracker mobile application ("App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

TargetTracker collects personal information(Name, Phone Number and Email) necessary for app functionality. This information is securely stored in an Azure database.

2. Data Usage:

The collected data will be used solely for app functionality and may include limited marketing purposes related to TargetTracker. Your phone number will not be used for anything other than us sending your one time password (via sms) to you to gain access to our application.

3. Data Protection:

All collected data is stored in a secure Azure database, employing industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect user information.

4. Third-Party Sharing:

TargetTracker does not share any user data with third parties.

5. User Responsibilities:

Users are encouraged to enjoy the app responsibly, without specific additional responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property:

All data collected by TargetTracker remains the property of the app.

7. Liability:

TargetTracker holds no liabilities for issues arising from app usage.

8. Termination:

Access to TargetTracker will be terminated if users are found to deliberately attempt to compromise the app's security. In such cases, user data may be retained within the database.

9. Updates:

Users will be notified of any updates or changes to these Terms through the app.

By using TargetTracker, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
